As reported by WorldNetDaily.com on 09/09/08, prosecutors on Obama’s ‘Truth Squad’ sound the retreat. No one involved ‘has any intention of prosecuting anybody.’ Right… this is only after Missouri Governor Blunt objected to the prosecutors using “police state tactics” to squelch information hurtful to the Obama campaign.
“What Senator Obama and his helpers are doing is scandalous beyond words,” wrote Gov. Matt Blunt in a statement. “The party that claims to be the party of Thomas Jefferson is abusing the justice system and offices of public trust to silence political criticism with threats of prosecution and criminal punishment.”
The article goes on to say that while some of Missouri’s reported “Truth Squad” have backed down, one named in the KMOV-TV report claims he was never on course to begin with.
Jefferson County Sheriff Oliver “Glenn” Boyer, who also was named in Gov. Blunt’s statement, told WND that not only had he never agreed to join the “Truth Squad,” it “infuriated” him that anyone would think he would use his office to quash others’ freedom of speech.
REALLY? Watch the news clip this article reported on and see for yourself how Sheriff Oliver “Glenn” Boyer is captured on video for all to see that he lied in this WND article and is quoted as saying the exact opposite.
John Mills of KMOV News 4 interviews Sheriff Boyer and quotes him saying, “Jefferson Country Sheriff Glenn Boyer says he expects to join Obama’s Truth Squad, not to arrest anyone, but to speak out and set the record straight about Obama if he sees any misleading TV ads or incorrect statements.”
Isn’t that the pot calling the Kettle black?! This is the same Sheriff that disregarded Dawn Welch’s rights after she showed him paperwork from the bank that proved her mortgage was paid in full PRIOR to him carrying out an unconstitutional arrest.
As the case of Dawn Welch clearly shows (see post), portions of our government and law officer community are clearly following the criminal NWO agenda instead of honoring their oath to uphold the Constitution.
