Speaking in a livestream WikiLeaks Press Conference on Vault 7, Year Zero and the CIA, Julian Assange shared details about the leaked information. He described the loss as an “historic act of devastating incompetence.” Assange also stated that the published documents revealed software tools the CIA used to break into smartphones, computers, TVs, and more.
